I’ve went through several different ear pieces ranging from 20 dollars to 100 +, so far this one is holding up great. Usually they last 6 months to a year so only time will actually tell.

Ordered this about 6 months ago and it has been great. Sent an email to sheepdog because I thought my push button had died. They were very responsive and offered to replace it. Turns out I am an idiot and had let the thumb screw on the radio hook up get loose and it just needed a tightening. Very good earpiece and great customer support

Works well

First one only lasted 6 weeks and would not stay connected to pacset. Hopefully second works longer. I love it if it remain operational.

My husband is a first responder and has used a number of these over the years. You definitely get what you pay for with this mic and earpiece. He’s got his radio mounted on his vest and the quick disconnect makes it easy to yank the radio out to change the battery or to use it as a handheld. The microphone has got a good clicky sounding button. So it’s easy to know when you’ve activated it. The stretchy cord has a lot of give for ease of movement and doesn’t pull on the cable under his vest. The earpiece itself stays in the ear nicely. This mic unit uses the standard size coiled tube and earpieces. This kit supplies a couple different options to get started, but will fit any of the universal earpieces/tubes out there. Great sound! Very pleased with this set and the quality is definitely great for the price point.
