When I first became aware of packing cubes, I thought they seemed completely unnecessary and a waste of precious suitcase real estate. Then a friend gave me these as a gift to celebrate my impending trip to Iceland. I'm now a devout convert! These little devils saved me so much time and aggravation I still can't believe it. When I got to my hotel room, it took me exactly 6 minutes to unpack and put stuff away. Getting dressed in the morning was faster because used items were in cubes separate from fresh. Packing to return home was faster because, well, I was already basically packed. I just popped the cubes back in the suitcase and voila.

This thing is awesome!!! For the price, it comes with a lot of bags. My suitcase is NOT carry-on size. It is huge. There are enough bags here to fill the whole thing. I was able to fit in enough clothes and toiletries and junk for a month-long trip in this, with room to spare. Also I'm not a light packer -- I didn't even end up using a lot of the crap I packed (I overpack, it's a problem), but oh well, I was able to fit them all in this thing. The shoe bag was also convenient - I was able to fit a pair of chelsea boots in them, though I don't think I would've been able to fit anything else in them.

I am a little disappointed in the quality of the organizers, but it did come as shown and in the right color. The suitcase organizers also arrived on the date listed when I was checking out. The zipper seems a little cheap and may break with use. I purchased the beige color and I am happy with how it looks. I also enjoy the cosmetic bag. The largest compartment fits a medium sized blanket well and the suitcase organizer comes with a free bag. I like the inclusion of the handles on the compartments for easy accessibility/transportation.

EDIT: I originally was annoyed by the ugly writing on these packing cubes. Now that I'm packing for my first trip using them I am changing my review to one star as the flimsy zippers are breaking, rendering them completely useless.Be aware of the words on each piece. "WISH U HAVE A COLORFUL LIFE" was not what I was expecting on every one of these packing organizers. Obviously the words do not affect their use or durability, but it was disappointing to open it up and see that rather than just plain packing cubes.

I love packing cubes and have found that it helps me pack and keep organized while on a trip. I am the type of person who almost doesn't want to go on a trip because packing is such a stressor for me, seriously! The cubes have become a savior for me if its just a camping trip or a trip to see our family via air plane. I stay organized with these packing cubes, so I LOVE the cubes just not this particular brand.I bought them for a January trip to a graduation and they ripped. The material seemed to be rather flimsy but I had looked at other reviews and felt that I should give them a try. The ripped at the seams before I had even filled them. The zippers seem to stick a bit also leading me to have to fight to get them open. I had bought a cheap set from Aldi a year ago to try out the idea of packing cubes and my 5 dollar purchase for the originals were a much better deal then the 20 or just less amount that I spent on this product.I was excited to receive the multiple cubes for different uses but it turns out that this was a bad purchase.I have not contacted the company and I have not returned them.I recommend packing cubes just NOT THESES
