Take it at night with a full glass of water. By the morning your stomach will let you know it’s time to run to the toilet. Yes, you will get some mild cramps and at times even some goosebumps alongside but that’s your body telling you more it’s on the way.Be prepared to be near a toilet for half a day as you will go multiple times.For me it worked great but definitely not something you want to do often rather only when absolutely necessary.

Purchased these for after surgery to help move things a long. Let me tell you- these work amazingly!! I’ve tried the other more popular brands and nothing compares. Prepare to spend 1/2 a day in the bathroom about 8 hours after you take them.
