Are the exact dimensions 15 x 12? I have a tight space to fit this in

Hi David, The width of the crate (at the front where the V shape is situated) is exactly 15 inches. The hight is 12 inches, but keep in mind that a standard LP vinyl record will sit 1 1/2 inches above this height which would make the total height with a LP record in the crate is 13 1/2 inches. How many records does it hold?

You can fit 50 albums in. If your records have protective sleeves or you have double LPs a bit less.

Some of the customer photos show light wood front with dark/black wood back, and some show all light wood. Which would I get?

Hello, currently the only finish we're producing is the natural wood colour look which is finished with a shellac spray, this gives the wood a richer colour and also protects your vinyl records. Thanks for the question!
