The pot that comes with the Keurig duo leaks terribly. Keurig sent a new one, but it did the same thing .somewhere I read to try and file the plastic down and I tried that , but it did help a little but not completely. I was gonna throw the whole thing out and then decided to try this pot instead. wow what a difference ! how nice it is to pour hot coffee and not have it all over your counter .it works perfectly and works perfectly with the duo. You can take it out mid stream and it will stop also.

My wife accidentally broke original carafe for our Keurig Duo and our hearts stopped. I mean the main reason why you buy this machine is so you can use the pods as well as just making a pot of coffee. I checked online and saw the original replacement sold at Keurig for quite a bit more money. I then checked Amazon and saw the replacement carafe.At first glance, I thought no way. The shape, design and overall looks, looked nothing like the original. Then I read on how people are having issues pouring the coffee as it is spilling or dripping as they pour. I then searched more, but this seems to be the only game in town. I took a chance.It was packaged and protected very well. Looking at it live and in the picture, my view didn't change as it looks totally different. I see in pictures where you can adjust the height of lid so it will fit various makers I guess. Out of the box to the machine, no adjustment necessary. Fits the Keurig Duo perfectly.Size of the pot is exactly the same as the original. The real test was pouring coffee. The original carafe, many had issues pouring without spilling or dripping coffee. We never had a problem and even tried hard to spill and couldn't in normal pouring. This carafe again, no difference. We've only made a couple of pots so far, but pouring coffee as we always do, not a drop spilled. We have no issues. Only thing I can think of is that others pour as if they are a waitress and try to pour a while cup in a swift, fast pour as waitresses normally do in a restaurant. Those carafes are designed for that. This and other carafes for home, you just pour slower to medium pour speed pour and it works great. Not sure how else to explain it. You don't have to trickle or super slow pour to avoid dripping as I thought I'd have to. I just pour as I have for years and no issues.Overall, a great carafe for Keurig Duo, fits perfectly out of box and no issues with dripping or spilling, when pouring. I don't like giving 5 stars as people think... yeah, right. How much were they paid or discounted to say that. I was not paid or compensated in any way and truly believe it deserves 5 stars.

The pot of my new K-Duo leaks when I pour my coffee. Keurig replaced the entire machine which was nice but the only issue is the pot. I decided to just buy a replacement pot. Only problem is a new Keurig pot is $74! I found this one that said it would fit. It does. In fact the lid is actually adjustable so no matter what pot you have, it can be adjusted to fit. Only issue is that you do have to pour slowly or it will drip. Perhaps the spout should be a little wider.

I broke our coffee pot & this is a GREAT replacement because the original one leaked when pouring (a known issue) & this one doesn’t!! I should have replaced it sooner!!

Although we have been using this since it was purchased, the handle snapped today, shattering the carafe. I was burned by the coffee and broke my favorite mug.

Love this one after my original broke, this one doesnt drip nearly as bad as the original one.

I've purchased several of these coffee carafes as mine occasionally get broken when washing. But this one in particular, the handle keeps coming off. We have re-glued it several times, but it keeps coming off. It's only a few months old. So not returnable any longer. But not great engineering.

Needed a replacement after I broke the original. After double checking the reviews and asking questions, I found this one. The cheapest priced one at the time. Doesn't look like the original K carafe, but cost $60 cheaper. Typical thin glass, but seems to be well build and more importantly.... FITS! I would recommend this for your Keurig 5100. Model number can be found on the bottom of your coffee maker - close to the UL symbol.
