UPDATE: My flosser stopped working after about 3-4 months of use. I contacted the company through Amazon and they sent me a replacement. Really excellent customer service!ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just spent considerable time writing a thorough review of this water flosser and then the Amazon app froze and my review disappeared before I could submit it. Life is too short to write it all up again, so I'll just say that this device works great and I recommend it.

I had a portable unit before which was another brand. It only had one intensity. I really like the 5 levels of power on this one. Holds a charge well and is easy to use. I have some gum trouble, so I like that I can start gentle and up the intensity as my gums heal and get stronger. It comes with a nifty little travel case which also holds my small toiletries as well. Perfect for travel! I also have their home unit, lost the water reservoir, and their customer service was fast, friendly and personable. A real person answered me and took care of it. I can highly recommend them!

I replaced my Waterpik with the h2ofloss because the Waterpik had to be charged every couple of days. Even when it was new, the charge only lasted 6 days before it slowed down significantly I use it twice a day.I have been using the h2ofloss for 26 days now and have NOT had to recharge the battery yet! It shows no sign of slowing down. It has a USB charger which is powerful. The Irrigator has 5 speeds and I progressed from level 2 to level 3. It emits a powerful spray. Much more powerful than the Waterpik. Makes my teeth feel really clean.The reason I rated it 4 star instead of 5 is that it leaks from the top of the reservoir for a while each time I use it (although I empty the reservoir) so there is always a small puddle on my sink countertop. I think this is because the water that is draining from inside the device from the jet tip of the irrigator drains down after each use. Otherwise I really like it. I have never traveled with it but for me, it is much too large to use for travel. It comes with a beautiful travel case.I would certainly recommend this even with the leaking.

I bought this recently at the recommendation of my dentist. He said a water pick will get my mouth cleaner than I can any other way and it was either this, or a possible extraction! H2oFloss has great strength and comes with several heads to accommodate two or more people. The first charge is still strong and I used it on a recent trip of 11 days. My mouth feels extraordinarily clean! Much cleaner than with just flossing and brushing. First time you use it, I suggest you do it in the shower as it is a bit difficult to control the spray and the water ended up on my mirror, wall & floor! Terrific product and great value.

My family and I have never used one of these before it was very interesting to figure out how to use it and also fun as well because as we all used it we got water all over the bathroom and laughed about it. It is a great product and we use it everyday. It is easy to use and to figure out.

I've been using this product twice a day for two weeks and loved it right up until the moment it stopped working.I'm a bit disappointed because it was recommended by my dental hygienist and I was looking forward to great feedback on my dental health at my next appointment.I was using it with the periodontal tip, and the water stopped flowing, and the unit started humming. I thought maybe it needed to charge, so left it charging, came back and tried again. Same thing, just humming and no water flowing.I consulted the manual trying to find an answer. I detached the reservoir and cleaned it, tried clearing the little tube that sucks up the water, tried flushing the head where the tips go...nothing worked. Tried again this morning, still humming.I'm disappointed that it stopped working after 2 weeks since it hasn't been dropped, overcharged or used incorrectly. I haven't even gotten a chance to travel with it!

We are big fans of h2o Floss's regular-size water pic, but this portable version is even better. In fact, we are using it every day at home, and not just when traveling. It takes up very little space on the vanity, especially compared to a traditional-size water pic; the charge lasts a long time, the water well is the perfect size and the product works like a charm. In addition, it comes with extra water pic tips so it could be used by other family members, and has its own carrying case, which is great for packing in a suitcase and taking on the road. We give it our best rating and recommend it highly.

It worked well for about a year. Over the last 6 months, the battery life slowly deteriorated until it no longer charges.I will contact customer support to see if there are any solutions. The online FAQ says that it can be repaired for $35, but that is what the cost of a brand-new one is.
