Ladder Does NOT Extend Like in the Description and Picture

Very disappointed to find that the ladder does not extend. It is stationary on top of the truck. Headlights do go on, but no red lights. And the siren sounds more like a whistle than a siren. Water hose moves around and the wheels moves very well across a floor.
