Bought the Vortex High Country II tripod and this is the adapter to attach to additional items you want to install to your tripod. Relatively inexpensive but vital attachment.

Will not fit your SS-P tripod
I didn’t think it looked like it would fit when I ordered it, but I thought “surely it will, how many ARCA mounts can vortex possibly use”? Evidently they use at least one more, this didn’t fit my Summit SS-P

Gotta have this attachment if you got spotting scopes makes it easy to attach and detach to move to other spots.
