Reliable, dependable and the internal parts are still compatible with older dispensers
We have been using several of these dispensers in our church and after eleven years we have had only one stop working: The gel-pack collar retraction motor. I purchased this new one and found that the motor/battery unit was still the same size and snapped right in so I didn't have to mess with the adhesive backing.

Great deal for the home as the pandemic continues
I've been wanting these for a while, even before the pandemic. By Spring 2020 these were nowhere to be found, so when they popped up last week I ordered a couple. Shipping was prompt and the pricing was about as good as I could have expected. There are many reviews bemoaning the lack of an included refill... this is clearly the dispenser and only the dispenser. There is absolutely nothing in the listing that should have a reasonable person click away without knowing that this is a dispenser.Installation was a snap and getting the TFX bottle in was tricky the first time, but should be easier now that I understand how it all works.TFX refills have been scarce but are starting to pop up online for MUCH cheaper than Amazon. I bought 4 refills online for just under $20 each. So keep looking!
