It's definitely value for money.
I will say when you initially start using this product you might have some good amount of bowl moment but it will stop after some time. Reduce the quantity if you have lot of bowl moment. It improves not just immunity level but helps with digestion. If you are taking good amount of spices then may reduce and see how it works. Life is continuous learning make adjustments to see what makes your life feels better than yesterday.

chywanprash had become bad
Do not buy the product from this company, i received it and when i ate it, it was horrible, i mean the chywanprash had become so bad, i had to run and throw everything out so i dont get sick after eating it.
