Can this 5-tiers steamer cook all 5 tiers evenly?

I have used this 5-tier steamer to cook meat dumplings and potato dumplings. I have used all 5 trays, and I have cooked 40-50 dumplings at the same time (8-10 dumplings per tray). I made sure the water was boiling in the bottom pot first, I used nonstick spray on the trays, and then I steamed the food for 30-40 minutes on medium-high to high heat. Everything was cooked evenly. I use this steamer once a month, and it is worth it. Hopefully, this helps you with your question. Thank you.
