I use these tools as soon as I receive them and they do a great job!I haven't carved a pumpkin with a real carving tool for years, and I don't know why I waited so long to buy these.They make the job so easy!These look good quality too!I think time will tell how much longer they can hang on, but they're really good right now!I hope they last for at least a few years.

The seller should at least change the description because it is misleading.

I'm a novice pumpkin carver, but I got tired of using the worn-out single saw tool that my family has been using for years. I bought this kit because of the many different tools it offers and the handy carrying case. The tools worked great for me and allowed me to get the results I had planned without struggling. I'm sure a professional would have more insight, but this met my expectations as a novice.

I really liked this set. The price wasn't bad and they are really well made and offer a nice variety of carving options.

The tools were rather flimsy, one of the handles broke in the first few minutes. Although flimsy they were also too blunt for intricate designs. It reminded me of a sculpting set for clay, not pumpkin.The knives were like using steak knives. It just didn’t work.

I have no idea what they mean by 'thickness' so I could not rate the 'thickness'.I love this. The set is sturdy, easy to use, small and compact enough. If anyone asks me, I will recommend this set.

I have a 3 years old, I don't know how this halloween gonna look like. But as a mom, I always try to give him good memories for each holiday. Last year I purchased a carving kit from Safeway, and it didn't last, most of them broken. So, this year, I found this on amazon, and quality is great, and not too sharp so my little one will hurt or cut he finger. One side of this kit has all detail tool and it all wooden holders, and other side are for cutting up tools. Great buy for the money, cant wait to use it!

With these pumpkin carving tools, you can make pumpkin lanterns with family and friends. It feels super good when you use it, it doesn't sharpen your hands, it doesn't slide, and there are many styles to choose from. I hope the pumpkin lanterns made later will be very good-looking. Ha.
