Durable
I love the durability and functionality of this phone. I work in the woods and with heavy equipment and am not easy on phones. This one seems to be holding up really well!

If you are looking for a work phone do not buy this one
The phone is really laggy, slow, you can’t hear calls very well on it, it freezes when you are using it. Battery does not last as long as they claim it does at most half a day. I got this phone thinking it would be good for the heat since I’m a hvac contractor and I go into attics in the summer. But it can’t even keep up in the winter/spring. I thought perhaps it was me just being picky so I kept it and forgot to return it after the month so now I’m stuck with this phone and can’t return it. Do not buy if you are looking for a phone that can keep up. Only good feature on it is the thermal camera other than that this phone is really bad.

The fingerprint reader was damaged
The phone's firmware needs improvements. But my worst disappointment was that after only a couple of months of use, the fingerprint reader stopped working, I attached a copy of the screen where you can see that the phone on the security screen does not show the option to activate fingerprint unlocking since it does not recognizes the built-in fingerprint reader.

This phone is not very rugged, very misleading
I bought this phone because I am usually hard on them, this took a drop from less than a foot in my basement. The screen is cracked and it is no longer waterproof I am too afraid to put it in the water. Because I bought this phone online from here they will not return my phone and fix it which normally has 24 months no questions asked fixing. My Samsung's have held up better than this phone.

It said that it works with AT &T, it does NOT
When ordering, we specifically looked to see if it was compatible with our.Cell phone company. it will not work with AT&T or Verizon.

very slackly when you are on internet
DOESN'T LIVE UP TO THE CAT NAME BRAND and they should feel ashamed they sold it out. Testing was obviously done in cities NOT by farmers, construction workers, oil rig workers BUT by pencil pushers in the programming world. NOT BY THE PEOPLE THE PHONE IS MARKETED TO. SLOW to send text, send pictures, and look things up. When you need a 2nd set of eyes on something to make sure it's the way the boss wants it, to show him a problem that was unexpected, or to show the parts guy what you are talking about it's "smoker friendly" (type it in or send it then light a cigarette and it might be done by the time you are) and I am only 1-2 miles from the closest tower most of the time. Don't get me started on being in metal buildings....

No signal strength
Cat s62 pro. Flir, awesome. Internet, fine. Cell signal, big fat zero. Randomly no signal. Replaced SIM card. No better. Junk. Returned it.
