This honestly has been one of the more effective fat burners that I actually enjoy taking. It doesn’t make me feel lethargic in any way. Tastes awesome and exactly as the label shows. The media could not be loaded. I don’t know how much this helps. I’m taking pre workout , bcaa, already that gives me energy and recovery. I don’t say that is bad or good. Your decision, for me I feel like didn’t make sense. Enjoy
