Almost Perfect!
In terms of sub $1000 gaming laptops, the Acer Nitro 5 is one of the best bang for your buck laptops you can get. This laptop can handle any game you throw at it, it has pretty decent speakers, but it does have a slightly flawed screen. My screen has a yellow tint that I can't seem to get rid of. I don't know if it's just a problem with my laptop or if every laptop has it. Otherwise it has pretty good specs, a nice build, and it's perfectly weighed. I'm even a fan of the keyboard. If you can look past the display issues this is the perfect mid-range gaming laptop for you!

Great value, graphics and speed.
Great speed for a 4 processor gaming laptop, backlit keyboard was a hit, no overheating. I bought this item as a gift for a gamer family member and they were impressed with the quality of graphics; (Nvidia GTX is overall rated higher that Ryzen 5 or 7) which is competitive on the market. but this Nitro 5 by Acer has a higher resolution hd webcam 15+" screen and decent speakers... overall great gift and value for price, I got the 8G RAM/256GB SSD and don't regret it. Feels like I got the quality of a $2k gaming laptop for the price of a home office laptop. No complaints as of yet.

Good specs, average battery life
Laptop is spec'd nicely for the price. Battery life is meh but that's to be expected for a mild gaming laptop. I do recommend doubling the memory.I however did not receive the sleeve that was in the description but a cheaper one. Unsure why but I haven't had a chance to ask.

Great
I'm still using my laptop. The battery life can't handle some games but it is a very nice buy. I would recommend this to my family since it's not an arm or a leg being chopped off.

Good and fast for gaming.
It is perfect for gaming. Much faster. The fan system is good to keep it cool.

Casual gamer approved.
This computer is well made and durable. The screen is vibrant and extremely clear. I'm also able to play certain games like World Of Warcraft on the go.The only thing I would change is I wish the mouse pad was slightly smaller because I constantly hit it with my wrist while typing.

Nice entry level macjinr
Great little entry level gaming laptop! Runs older titles just fine. You'll need an external drive eventually if you're a modder like me.
