I was very dubious of this company because the price was so reasonable. I read the reviews, and decided to purchase. I agree wholeheartedly with the other reviewer concerning their packaging - the parts are SO well packaged, they arrived in pristine shape. Assembly was a bit of a challenge, as directions were not always so great. The support of Sysracks, however walked me through any issues I faced - they are beyond anything I could ask for, and I purchased only one cabinet! The shelves and drawers are SO heavy, and made to last well beyond me. I have this cabinet in my home library - it looks THAT good. I recommend them and their products without reservation.

Packaging was fantastic. Delivery by FedEx Ground. Product arrived in 5 boxes, so I could actually move them into the computer room without a fork lift. Great responsive service for a missing part on delivery. Easy to assemble. Only minor complaint is that the fans are very noisy. I'd like to be able to replace them with something more quiet - or have an option to purchase a replacement top unit with silent fans.
