I don't think so - more to relieve dark circles.

It does firm the skin around the eyes for sure but realistically no cream will ever open the eye the way surgery could. If you have decent expectations you will like the cream.

Very good eye cream from L’oreal

There is a lot on the market but I have always used this, does not sting, use a little morning and night, for me it keeps eye area soft, supple and hydrated minimising any fine lines.

Nice eye cream .

I've never used eye cream before so thought I'd give this one a try . I've only been using it for a week so can't say I've noticed a great difference, time will tell. Saying that around my eyes feel very soft and I haven't had any bad reactions .
