It should as long as the motherboard supports a SATA HDD. If your replacing the HDD because it is failing, I suggest that you replace it with the same model (OEM) part. If upgrading for more storage, This should work fine. I replaced my HDD because it was failing. This was the (OEM) part that came with my Dell.

Is this a non raid hard drive ? when i installed it my pc at boot up it displays (non raid disk) but it still works for an extra storage drive.
