Go to customer services, start online chat. Select the item, then select the "Did not receive" option. Usually it says your parcel was delivered and gives the date. Then you have the option to select "I need more help" and you will be transfered to a live chat with customer service agent. Amazon are always really helpful and either reorder for you or refund to your account.

what's the difference between the two versions one with white & other with gold colour in the mountain logo?

I’m not sure, but if it helps, the logo on the packaging box that I received has gold where the logo on the individual bars inside the box has white.
