Bought this back in March, but only used it for the first time this week. The first waffle we made was simply to get out any off-gassing (since the waffle iron was really smelling when we first heated it up, and other reviewers said that there was an issue). After that, waffles were darn near perfect! You have to make the waffles according to the mix directions (I used Kodiak Protein Waffles, both buttermilk and chocolate), carefully spread oil all over the surface of the waffle iron using a silicon brush, and carefully distribute just a small amount of batter. Close the waffle maker and wait for the light to go out, then it's done. Really.Yes, the waffles are small, but it's a mini-waffle maker, what do you expect? We got the Peeps one, and you can fill in the bunny with one type of batter and the rest of the waffle with another. It looks really cool! Even if you don't do that, the bunny in the middle is quite visible, and not the huge indent I was afraid it was going to be--it actually just has an indented outline and eyes.

This mini heart waffle maker is so cute and would’ve been perfect for my event! I was really excited to use it — the size is great for fun, bite-sized waffles, and the heart shape adds such a sweet touch, especially for brunches or special occasions.Unfortunately, I had to return it because it didn’t arrive in time for the event I bought it for. Total bummer, but not really the product’s fault.Still giving 4 stars because it looked great quality and exactly what I wanted — just wish the timing had worked out!

This is a great little waffle maker. It comes with a little cookbook that has recipes for all kinds of great breakfast ideas. Easy to clean, good value, and was a huge hit for Easter breakfast.Pro tip: don’t forget to order some peeps to go with it!!!

The media could not be loaded. This waffle maker is fantastic! I used the Allrecipes Classic Waffle recipe, and once it was preheated, I poured in the batter and set a timer for three minutes. The waffles came out perfectly golden and fluffy every single time. My three-year-old absolutely loved the pumpkin waffles!It’s quick, easy to use, and cleanup is a breeze. As our one-year-old gets older and we’re cooking for four, I might have to get a second one to keep up. Highly recommend!
