This was a great upgrade from a stock top
This was a great upgrade from a stock top, flow was noticeably better. No more vibrations with this great mount either.

Excellent pump top/res combo
Excellent pump top/res combo. Easy install, good flow and long lasting. My other system is going on 2 years with the same config with zero issues.

This appears to be a well made reservoir, but ...
This appears to be a well made reservoir, but mine came with several cosmetic blemishes on the acetal base near the input and output holes. They appear to be from a manufacturing defect and not prior use, and the box was sealed. After installing, the reservoir began leaking where the acrylic cylinder screws into the base (acetal bottom where in and out flow holes are located.) There is no gasket between these two components, but there is an o-ring between the acrylic cylinder and the top (where the fill plug is.) No matter how hard I tightened the cylinder, I still got leaking between the reservoir and the pump top.I eventually tried using some pipe dope on the acrylic cylinder threads and this stopped the leaking. My other big complaint is the rubber mounting system does not get tight enough to hold the cylinder on its own when mounted horizontally. It really needs two bases when mounted horizontally to keep the top (fill hole side) from sagging. Other reservoirs from other companies have this so I don't know why EKWB doesn't also do it.

because they are nice, even though they didn't have to since I ...
One of these came with the watercooling kit I purchased. It worked for about a month before dying. I emailed EK and tried to reach out in all ways possible, and got zero response or feedback. Thankfully microcenter replaced the pump with a new one, because they are nice, even though they didn't have to since I bought a kit instead of a standalone pump.Unfortunately, about a month later once again, it dies. I did, however, find out that if you hit it with a hammer lightly, it turns on. SO you get 2/5 instead of 1/5 stars EK. ;/
