2017 Sudoku Daily Desktop Calendar Calendar – Day to Day Calendar, August 20, 2016

This is the second time I have purchased this particular brand of Sudoku daily desk calendar. Previously, the difficulty of the puzzles was arranged by the day of the week with two mediums, two hards, one easy and one evil (with the evil being the weekend). Now, it's just random so you never know what you're going to get based on what day of the week it is. Frankly, I liked it better the other way because now you can get several mediums in a row and then get a few evils, etc. I don't agree with the previous review that there aren't many mediums or easy. I think it's about equal - probably fewer evils if anything.I think the difficulty ratings are pretty accurate. I can solve the easy and mediums pretty easily and the hards and evils I have to work at. Every once in awhile, I have to guess on the evils.I would recommend this.

These puzzles are definitely for the pros. I got this for my husband and he likes the hard puzzles but he even said the puzzles marked hard sometimes are evil. We looked through the stack and have only seen one or two easy and not very many medium puzzles. I gave it four stars because I like to work some of the easy and medium ones and I don't get very many.
