If your class uses inquizitive, beware. This is borderline scam-worthy. You WILL pay extra for it.
The code with this book does not include the inquizitive resources, while other "The Musician's Guide" products on Amazon do. As a result, this will cost me $50 more on my end. The full suite of books is already incredibly expensive (it was an almost $400 order even ordering the theory book loose leaf, which is just insane,) and $50 separately on the student's end for nothing more than online chapter quizzes is ludicrous price and a shameful practice. This cost should either be fronted by the institution/teacher or just be included with the book as is.Getting in contact with the publisher leaves mixed feelings. They made their first response less than an hour later at 11 at night, then took a WEEK to follow up after that. This is while class is progressing and I'm missing out on assignments and taking practice and application time away to try and sort this out. They took that week only to tell me that the code with the book gives me access to the ebook but nothing else. They actually have the audacity to tell you that they effectively sell you 2 copies of this book, likely to bolster cost and add a 'percieved value', but it just plainly lacks actual value to gouge more money out of you.If I needed/wanted the ebook I would not have bought a physical copy. The fact that this book comes with another useless copy for online use, but NOT THE OTHER ONLINE RESOURCES is stupid. Why would I need the second copy? I already have it in one medium, so the online features, and now I'm missing actually required features required for my class at a not so insignificant cost.

Great stuff, but suggestion for other customers.
For anyone wondering, the book is equivalent to Musician's Guide to Theory's workbook (not entirely though). For my personal belief, I strongly suggest if you're looking forward to buy this book, also go for Aural Skills Sight Singing book. I say so because this book has exercises which you need to answer while there is less stuff to 'practice', For example, questions like, 'Listen to the progression on 203 and write down the retrograde and extensions." Like i said, i personally see ear training as a practice method as well instead of ALL listening, and that singing these extensions is the best way to internalise concepts.Aural Skills Sight Singing gives you stuff to practice in order to improve your internalisation tool at the intermediate and advanced stage of learning.
