I would highly NOT recommend this product. poor customer service. The one we received has what many Amazon reviewers complain about: scratches, no pre-drilled holes, the board is bowed, and missing parts. Consistent flat spots where the ball just stops - we have moved positions and used a level so it’s not the floor. In addition of being cheaply made it is not sturdy as the pictures suggest. a 12 year old can bump the table just by playing it. lastly they dropped the price $80 and would not price match. I thought perhaps a flash or temporary sale so I waited a few weeks before contacting support. they kept this price and I was still well within return policy so I asked to price match. no response, I reach out to Amazon they said to reach out to the vendor. I reach out again and they finally respond. Amazon will give you the price match. I respond - they claim you the vendor have to. no response. I had given this as a house warming present and I’m not going to ask them to pack up the box to ship it back. return for a full refund, Then I buy for the $80 cheaper price and ship them another one. if it was mine I would have - not a gift. stay away from this product

Pros:- Clean and attractive modern styling- Playing surface is a thick one-piece board- Careful packaging. All pieces are packed in individual cardboard boxes to prevent damage during shipping which is a frequent complaint.- Wooden and metal parts appear sturdyCons:- Entry dishes and score counters are flimsy plastic- The 26 figures and 2 included balls could be of higher quality

The media could not be loaded. I chose this foosball because it suited the space in terms of color and design and didn't break the bank. My family of 4 has used this table about 10 time so far, and we are please with our purchase. The table was fairly easy to assemble. The most challenging part would be putting the rods in with the players. Its' a bit tedious but not difficult in and of itself. You will need another adult for only 2 parts of assembly: sliding the playing field into the groove. I did that part with the help of the wall and an 11 year old, and flipping the table onto its legs--I got an adult for that part. The table is sturdy and handles a normal level of play well. My only complaint would be that some parts came a little scuffed and edges were a little damaged- just a few pieces but this was not very noticeable once I put the whole thing together. Assembly instructions were clear enough and you just need to take your time. Total assembly time for one person working alone was about 2.5 hours with plenty of breaks and careful organization of materials. The biggest issue (that doesn't affect functionality) is that the short side with the logo didn't align to the side slats appropriately once you screwed them together using the pre-designated holes. If the holes were shifted slightly, it would have been perfect. Other than that, the other pre-made holes, slots and hardware worked well. I liked that the manual came with a complete parts list in the event you need to reorder something. It also includes a 90-day warranty.

This table is really attractive and functional. It was easy to construct. We are very pleased with this table and recommend it to people.

These products are great, very durable and hold up with my two sons. We bought a shuffle board last Christmas and wanted to buy our boys a matching foosball table. We specifically bought from the same manufacturer and selected Kirkwood. It is a much lighter shade of wood. I uploaded a picture, we had unpacked it and Amazon offered us 30% back, but we will have to do something in order to make it match. Very disappointing on consistency, especially with how much it cost.

While assembling the Kirkwood Manhattan table was half done, was missing pieces 'P10'. Reached out in hopes to hear back, no response. My only option is to disassemble and repack to have it ship (this is a 200lbs+ package), did't bother for it's a hassle just getting into the home. Support is trash. Could've just followed-up and see how I could've gain or even order those missing pieces.

I bought this for my children's ministry and it is holding up great. All the parts are solid wood and the legs are sturdy. My package was delivered with no issues. It was a little difficult to put together but it was worth my money.
