Matrix Biolage ColorLast Shampoo and Conditioner 33.8 Ounce Set

If I could give this zero stars I would. This is a scam, do not waste your money. I bought the real product from Ulta to test it out to compare to the one I bought on Amazon. In the conditioner the consistency was different(refer to photo). The real product was thicker and the fake product was water down. They smell very similar. The shampoo bottles were different as well. The real bottle has the hue of pink boarder and the fake does not have that hue. BEWARE

I have used Matrix Biolage Shampoo and conditions for many years. I know what it smells like and this wasn't it. Not only did it smell like a cheap hand soap It treated my hair that way too. I do not believe this is actually Biolage Shampoo and conditioner in these containers. It was so bad I threw it away as I let the time to return it pass by with the holiday rush and such.

I ALWAYS buy my Matrix Biolage shampoo and conditioner from Amazon. It is authentic product for a much cheaper price. If you have color-treated hair, I would recommend this shampoo. I have used many, many different types of shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair but none work as well as Matrix Biolage. My hair always comes out shiny, smooth and soft but without being weighed down. If you buy the big bottles like I do, you can also get the pump attachments on Amazon and it makes it really easy to use the large shampoo bottles and save money in the long run.

I agree with the person that said they would rate this product a ZERO if it was possible. I agree!!!This product is FAKE! FAKE! FAKE!It is absolutely impossible this product can provide healthy manageable looking hair without using leave-in conditioner to give it elasticity. This product dries out hair. Feels like straw after using this product. Save yourself money, purchase a travel size to compare. I do not recommend providing income to thieves.Amazon continues to deceive their customers and allow their suppliers to provide fake products to their customers.Post your complaints on the internet. There’s always a possibility that Amazon May voluntarily change their policies. Highly unlikely, although never say never. Something has to change.

I bought is from Beauty in Style. I am pretty sure this is fake. I have been using Biologe for the last 5 years. The one I received makes my hair all tangled and the conditioner does not make it smooth but rather my hair have a very weird texture when they are wet. They dont feel clean. Also have to wash my hair more often as hair gets sticky faster. I have a feeling that it is damaging my hair and i might have to throw away the set. :(The set came with a note to reach out to the vendor if I have any issues with the product so I did but never received any follow up from them.

Great products! AMAZING smell! Unfortunately after I bought these Ulta had a really good deal on them so shop around a bit before purchasing on Amazon.

Great for color treated hair leaving you feeling light weight and my hair shines. I can use this everyday and I love the way my hair looks. It protects even against blow drying it. I love this product!
