Huffy 26" Nighthawk Men's Mountain Bike, Black Matte 18 Speed

Turns out that this particular 26" bike doesn't support the weight that almost all other 26" men's bikes do. Do I ended wasting my time building this only to find out that if you weight over 250 lbs, this will never work.

when I received the bike a part was missing , I called and received the part within a week.

My son wouldn't ride his bike because he fell twice when the handle bars came loose while riding. His first fall was a basic fall, but still concerning because of the way the handle bars slipped. His dad figured he and his brother hadn't tightened the handle bars properly when they put it together, so he tightened them himself. However, the second time it happened, he fell and sustained a nice gash on the forearm area/wrist and he refused to try to ride the bike again. I do not recommend this bike.

I like the bike Not because of the snow we received, my son hasn’t been able to write it yet. The directions that came with the bike were very good. However, it was not easy to adjust the front and rear brakes. I am still hoping they work properly. I am quite handy and still struggled a little bit to understand how to get them adjusted so they looked like what was in the directions. Still a very nice bike for the price.

I bought this bike for my son to use to get to and from work. I have 4 kids and the name Huffy on a bike was a good thing. This bike was a disappointment, however. It didn't last a week before the chain came loose and broke off. Now, we're hoping to fine a bicycle repairman. And my son has to walk to work-3 miles. No, I would not buy this bike again.

Yes, the price is attractive but after some months of use the right pedal started to hit the frame, the kickstand gets loose, tyres need to be inflated often, shifts are harder to use. All the small things that make it a bad buy. Oh, and the best part is I am told there is nothing I can do since 30 days from the purchase have passed.

Biggest piece of trash I have ever bought!!! Do not waste your money! This bike has almost killed me 3 times now and I’ve already had to spend more to fix it then the cost of the bike all together and it started the week after I got it! If I had the money I would sue the shot out of this store for selling me garbage!

The rear gear assembly fell apart after 1 week. Took it to my local bike guy who changed it out and tuned up the bike for $100. Runs great after that.
