First the company you are dealing with is immediately available to answer questions, courteous and professional. The mask is light weight, easy to use, comfortable and has unique features other masks do not have. The neck piece is a MUST. After all, your neck is still your face. Also, it is remote so you can walk around while getting a treatment. I prefer to recline as it is very relaxing but have actually walked on my treadmill with it on.

I certainly don't like the fact that it's stopped working after only 2 weeks! And, as others have noted, it's very heavy and it is painful on the bridge of my nose. It's gouged a deep mark into one side of my nose and it's tender there. So I put cotton onto the nose area of the mask - that helped a bit, but not enough, so I started wearing a bandaid across the bridge of my nose and that really helped. However, after only 2 weeks, it's stopped working. On the positive side, I have an "aging" spot on the right side of my face, about the size of my thumbprint - a pretty sizable area - and it's almost gone! Incredible! And the skin there is much softer. So I think this works. But,considering what I paid of this, I think it should last a whole lot longer than 2 weeks!I've emailed the company and I'll let you know what they do.UPDATE: I emailed the company on a Friday night and got a response Saturday morning requesting a copy of my invoice number. I went into my Amazon Orders and made a screen shot and sent that. On Sunday, I got a reply (on Sunday, no less!) saying that they'd ordered a replacement part. It was the next Tuesday or Wednesday (just 2-3 days!) and a package showed up. I plugged it in and voila! everything was back to working! So, kudos to the company for amazing customer service. -- I've been using the mask almost every day [sometimes I just get too busy] and most of the time twice a day [morning and night]. I haven't noticed any further improvement at this point [it faded a dark spot on my cheek to about half it's original size the first week I used it but nothing further], but I'm interested in seeing what will happen over time. One thing that puzzles me is that the brochure states "the suggested operating time is between 10 and 15 minutes". But it's default timing is for 20 minutes [and they say "it's suggested that you do not use the mask for more than 20 minutes each time" but it goes up to 60 minutes. I find that odd. Also, this mask is dadgum heavy and I find the nose area downright painful. So I've crammed some cotton into the nose area and I put a bandaid across the bridge of my nose so that it's more comfortable. Then I lie on my bed with my pillows kind of bolstering it so it's not so heavy. -- It kind of reminds me of the mask that the Phantom of the Opera wore....and makes me have sympathy for the actor who had to wear that thing every night...and sing while wearing it! Now, that's talent! I just lie there with my eyes closed [there's a warning: "Be sure you never look directly into the LEDs. These powerful semiconductor lamps are certified safe for use on skin, but can be potentially hazardous to delicate eyes." Yikes!] One last thing, they have "side temples", which are the parts that go from the mask to your ears [like eyeglasses or sunglasses] - and they are quite hard as well. Overall, this isn't the most comfortable thing to use, but if it works, it'll be worth it. -- I'll give it another couple months and then update again and let you know if I see any improvement.

This is a good product, I wouldn’t say it is amazing. It is great because it is cordless but it’s still very heavy on the face and hurts the area between my eyes. You must use it lying down it doesn’t stay on your face even though it may seem like it since it’s cordless and has The pieces to connect side frames to hold better on your face. It is however, very easy to use and the charge lasts a while. Does it work and show results? I am not sure as I have only had it and been using it for 2-3 weeks. I am hoping there are some results.

I have owned this for just under 2 months now and I have been pretty faithful using it every night I think total I have taken about 6 nights off during the holidays. With in 4-5 weeks I did notice a slight difference in my forehead wrinkles above my nose they look slightly less deep so I would imagine continuous use might bring better results. I use the red light and green light mostly for wrinkles and fine lines and building new collagen.

 You notice a difference within a few uses. My pores looked smaller and my skin glowed. I used the red (Level 5 for 20 minutes) and then green (Level 5 for 20 minutes). The results get 5 stars.I produce a lot of sebum and the blue light helps keep it under control so that I don’t break out again. I love it! It has changed my life! Not to mention the company has been a breeze to work with when it comes to warranty issues!I used to pay for LED facials once a week and ended up spending $750 in total for the same effect. This is far better value for money. I don't think this penetrates the skin as deep as a clinic LED machine but this mask can be used daily as opposed to once a week like the LED clinic machines.

I think this has many features and will be a good product. Just started with it today, so not sure of the results, but if it does what it says, it should be fantastic. It seems packaged nice and easy to use. I like the idea of USB charging. Its a little heavy for wearing any way but laying down. It would be nice if it had some sort of straps on the face mask to help hold it in place better. It would also be nice to have a bag to keep the mask in so it doesn't get damaged.

I dont know this works or not. I have used it for three times ( one week) and I am gonna return it. It is way too heavy and leaves heavy marks on my nose bridge which I have eczema. I literally cant use it. It also makes marks around my eye area after 15 min. Those eye area plastics are not soft enough to feel comfy. I used it on laying down position. I cant imagine to wear it otherwise. Someone mentioned she is using it while in treadmill on the review. She must be kidding.

I've used the red light therapy before and saw very good results but could no longer find the same brand I used. When I saw Project E Beauty Wireless 7 Color LED skin therapy light, I decided to try it, especially because it was on sale! I've been having a fun time trying out all the colors! Sorry no photo.
