I liked the material on the outside and it’s bold in color and soft. It was nice but not quite what I was expecting. I didn’t like the straps because they would twist and I found myself having to straighten them out. As soon as I got it, I noticed the inside pocket with the zipper was ripped, which I can see why. The material is a little more plastic-y feeling than I thought. I thought about just sewing it back together myself but I chose to return it. It’s super cute and the issues weren’t a big deal. I just have my preferences I guess.

This backpack is just amazing! It is super big and extremely comfortable! It has 2 water bottle holders on the outside that can be used for other things, a pocket on the inside that is big and a "secret" pocket on the back that can hold something like a phone.

The item came quickly, but I honestly do not like it at all. The straps are twisted and it is impossible to untwist them which makes them very uncomfortable to wear. Also opening and closing the bag isn't very easy. Super disappointed. Just not what I had hoped it would be.

Great lightly structured bag. Good amount of pockets, although the zippered pocket seam came out after 1-2 uses. Like the straps are more than strings but not hot, heavy pads. Would prefer a couple inches shorter & handle on top. Would recommend. Love that it’s pretty!

This backpack is super cute however I’ve only had it about 2 weeks and the material has ripped and the zipper is broken on the side pouch. Also, the strap configuration isn’t very convenient.

I really like the bag, but when I pulled the top together, the strap color rubs off onto my hands.
