I received an outdated, incorrect and defective 110 ink cartridge from MyOfficeInnovations (one of Amazon's vendors) and they refuse to let me return it because I did not catch that I was being scammed within 30 days. My cartridge will not work with my A440 printer (only get an error message and yes it does use the 110) and was 9 months past its expiration date when they shipped it to me so HP Tech Support can't even help me. HP WAS going to send me a replacement until I read them the expiration date on the cartridge itself. There were other problems with it, it was also the wrong shape and has a part missing under the copper strip. It is leaking ink everywhere and HP asked me if it was a refilled cartridge. The serial number on the packaging was also not right and according to HP matched a 60 series ink cartridge and not the 110. Counterfeit? Refilled? I don't know. All I know is they ripped me off and refuse to discuss it with me other than to say, "Sorry, we have a strict 30 day return policy..."So be careful, even with Vendors using Amazon.
