I did not like the lack of labeling. The only label on the filter and its packaging is the size. There is no evidence that the filter material has a MERV 11 rating. This rating is a measurable industry standard, and this vendor charges more for the higher MERV ratings. There should be some evidence that the filters you purchase meet the standard.

Received 6-pk of filters in large plastic bag within cardboard box. No damage to box or to filters (yay!). Filers look like the photo, except no Filter King label. Filters have no markings on them as to country of origin, or a MERV rating of 13. How do I know it's a MERV-13 filter?

Filters showed up in plain box. When opened no label at all like is pictured when you purchase on the site. Just a plain white filter in clear plastic. Almost think they ran out and substituted with some generic ones. Don’t seem sturdy at all.

My furnace called for 20x20x1. I was getting tired of having to scrunch the filters to fit so found these, 20x19x1's and I'm very happy with them. No more squashing the sides.

2nd time ive bought them and they are great. you can change your air filter every month for less money than the other products sell for a 1 time fix

Good deal for the filters. This size 18x36 is hard to find. But it seemed it was a bit damaged in transit. Some of the filters were a bit bent. Still fit the opening so it’s all good.
