What size generater is needed to power this Miller?

According to the Miller 2018 catalog, if the Miller 211 (dual voltage 120vac/220vac) and is plugged into 120 Volts AC, input current draw is up to 24.3 amps ,if the unit is plugged into 220 volts AC, the input current requirement is up to 16.6 amps, assuming these current requirements are at maximum welding setting, turning the welder to lower settings will certainly reduce the input current requirements. Amazon sells a 7000 watt generator with four 120V 20A three-prong outlets, a twist-lock 120/240V 30A outlet. This should be sufficient to run the welder if you plug it into the generator's 220V outlet.

Will this machine hold a 10 lb spool of wire?

Sure. Actually a 8" spool the weights of the spools can vary.

Can this machine run 0.35 wire ?

Can you weld with silicon bronze .035 wire? 0r should I say braze?

I don't know as I have not heard of welding with that wire . I have only welded with Flux core 030 or aluminum .035 but I have brazed parts together and that has worked quite well with Brass, Copper and steel
