Direct replacement for you G0513 series bandsaw
Appear to be the same as OEM bandsaw wheel tires. I use a few tricks to install bandsaw tires that make the process easier. Boil some water and let the tires soak in the hot water for 5-10 minutes prior to trying to stretch the tire over the wheel. Clean the old wheel with mineral spirits/etc. prior to trying to get the new tire on it. After starting the tire on the wheel secure the assembly together using a couple zip ties prior to stretching the tire over the last part of the wheel. This gives you a couple extra "hands" to stop the tire from slipping off the wheel when you begin to stretch it over the wheel. HTH

Great tires, but pain to install
Nice set of bandsaw tires. My old bandsaw tires disintegrated in the humid climate of Hawaii over a few years. They are an absolute pain in the rear to install onto the wheels however. I hope these will last longer.Unless you are a silverback gorilla, you will not be able to muscle these tires on freehand. To install each tire this it is best to remove the wheels from the bandsaw. The trick is remove all the old residue from the old tires off the wheel. Dipping the tires in very hot water certainly helps. I only got them installed by first clamping the wheel to a workbench, then using several clamps to clamp the tire to the wheel. slowly, i used several levers (screwdrivers, stiff scraper blades etc) to stretch the tires, while incrementally moving the clamps around the wheel until i could snap the final bit of the tire onto the wheel, It helps to have 3 hands during this process, but I managed to squeak by with two.

Tire install
As I expected these tires were difficult to install but work fine once installed. Keeping one side on while stretching the other side is the problem. I knew this from experience so I was prepared with a few pry bars to walk it around and a clamp to hold one side on. But if it wasn’t tight it would not work.

Perfect Fit
First bandsaw tire I have ever installed and it went great. The key is in heating the tires in worm water first. Very easy with a basic home tool kit. Will buy again.
