tech21 - Evo Check Case for Apple iPhone Xs - Smokey/Black

This case is amazing! It’s the only case I will use. I drop my phone at times and I have never had any damage.

This is definitely a no frills case but I’ve been using this brand for about 10 years and I’ve never had a crack. The sides of the case by the buttons or charging port do eventually wear out but it usually takes a year and a half if not more than that.

I only buy this iphone case. It has held up for my numerous iPhones for years and prevented screen breakage, despite the phone being dropped repeatedly on every type of surface. Nothing will prevent all screen breakage, but this case has worked wonders. It is well-fitting, lightweight and cool looking. It feels good in the hands and isn’t slippery. It fits in my pocket and small purse and protects the screen from scratches when lying face down on a surface. The finish holds up perfectly and I’ve had them all for years. The only time I buy a new one is when I purchase a new iphone with different dimensions.

I loved the Tech21 case that I purchased with my phone, after several years of use and it taking a beating, I decided to purchase this one. Looks really good, very slim which makes it easy to put in your pocket not like other bulky "heavy duty" cases. Definitely recommend.

This is a very nice case. It has good grip which was VERY important to me. The price is awesome as well. However, I took note that another reviewer mentioned the side buttons being a little difficult to press. And after owning the case for a few weeks now, I have to agree. However, I was able to fix this by cutting little pieces of thin cardboard and wedging them where the buttons go, then putting the case on. The volume button side needs to be split though so keep this in mind. If you put a “full” piece of cardboard on that side you won’t be able to press the volume buttons. However, once you cut the cardboard in half so that the volume up and volume down move independently, it works phenomenally.Now the power and volume buttons are pressed effortlessly. They still have the “clicky” feel so that you know you’re pressing the buttons, but they require a lot less force. Hope this helps someone.You can see the little pieces of cardboard in the last pic, but I personally don't care. I could have easily just used a black permanent marker and colored in the little cardboard pieces if need be, but it doesn't bother me.

Listen im a clumsy person and ive probably dropped my phone about 500 times from varying heights and forces in the two or three years ive had it. My phone has yet to have a single crack on it. Now, i would use it with a screen protector just in case because when it falls at just the right angle, you could crack the corner of the front facing screen. But all in all, my original iphone xs has not a scratch or crack on it so. For it's slim and light composure, not to mention price, i would def recommend this.

I’ve already dropped my phone a bunch and it’s by far the most protective case I’ve had. With my old phone I went through case after cause because none of them were protective and I was constantly replacing my screen because it was breaking. But I have yet to even crack my screen protector. I love this case and would recommend it to anyone searching for something that’s worth the money. Tech 21 cases are sturdy and reliable.
