I got this harness to replace a harness a foster kitty came with—he could escape out of the old one almost instantly. He’s a year old Birman tomcat around 11lbs.It’s been a week, and he hasn’t been able to weasel his way out of it yet! It’s easy to put on, easy to adjust, and the neck size & tightness is perfect—either it’s been fixed in a new design of the harness, or this big guy fits it well. It makes it easy to walk him around outside on a leash without fear of him escaping.

I got a medium for my cat that is 10lbs. We are training him to walk on the leash, and I was glad the leash came with this! He has gotten use to harness but taking time to get use to leash. Great quality and like the cushion so it’s not uncomfortable for him

The media could not be loaded. My cat seems to be comfortable. I got this one after needing a bigger one. This one is slightly too big in the top but the perfect size for his waist. He is not an escape arists so it is fine. The only odd thing is that the bottom portion that connects the top and bottom is nog sewing down, its not a problem but just something to be aware of.

Nicely made. Packaged well and shipped carefully. Not too difficult to put on your cat but my cat shimmied out of it while on a camping trip. Luckily I caught her before she ran off into the wilderness. You may want to buy this to try on your cat and if you don't like it, of is kitty doesn't go for it . . . you can ship it back for refund. Good company to deal with.

All the straps were stiff and hard to adjust at first, but once we got them adjusted it has worked well and our cat has adjusted to wearing the harness. You probably need to make it a bit tighter than you think it should be because our cat slipped out of it going backwards our first attempt. We tightened it up and he seems comfortable in it and has not escaped since.

I have had this harness for 9 months now. My cat got out of it once only - at the beginning of his leash training. He’s safe and comfortable on his walks. It is also durable. I have washed it a few times already.

The material for the harness is well made, the design is flawed. I ordered this for my kitten but it was too large for him initially, so I've been using a different harness with him. He loves his other harness and has never showed any resistance to having it put on or walking around in it. Now that he has grown I wanted to use the RC harness because it seems more secure than his current harness.He hates it.I would probably quite like this harness if I didn't have to slip it over his head. I have to have the chest/neck adjustment too large to fit securely just to get it over his head and then spend several minutes trying to move the fasteners tighter to get it to fit. Then repeat that to get it off. I've tried shoving it over his head without moving the fasters out and he got stuck and I was actually worried about choking him if he panicked. For a cat who happily wears other harness designs and sweaters, his struggles during this process are a testament to how impossible this harness is to get on/off a cat. I cannot imagine trying to get this on a cat who is not very accustomed to harnesses.I should have read the other review who had the same window. I missed amazon's return window and RC won't take the product back. I recommend Come With me Kitty for small cats and kittens if you're looking for a harness.

Doesn’t measure 17” chest as described for Medium in teal. Closer to 16”. I have another 17” harness to compare. I don’t know if there’s any variation in the manufacturing but I measured my cat beforehand. And he is 12.5 lbs.Also the strap down the cat’s back doesn’t seem long enough, shorter than I expected from the picture. I think it’s cutting in too close behind his shoulder blades and restricting him. Hard to tell since the chest is also tight. Almost all harnesses I saw have this short back strap, my cat is a bit of a noodle so I’m looking for a longer strap down the back.The neck does have a buckle. I wanted to like it because it appears like good quality but I will keep looking.
