Small, but powerful
This Dell is a great (little) machine! I'm using it like a production server for my company -- it doesn't take up much space, and is very quiet. It is powerful though, and setting it up took very little time. If you don't need a great deal of expandability, I highly recommended this machine.

Decent pc & good value
Product is exactly as described. I’m using as a personal computer. Some things I didn’t catch. No sound ports in the back of computer. No SD card reader. Simple fix using Anker usb adapters. I wanted to move my blueray disk reader/writer & data drive to new unit but it doesn’t look possible or may be difficult, because of the smaller case. I believe this computer was a great value overall. I updated my win 10 pc because it wouldn’t run win 11.

The support from Nathan Kraiem was absolutely outstanding! He was able to resolve a very technical issue with a high resolution Dell S2725DS monitor relatively quickly, which resulted in a successful installation and a very happy customer.Best of all -- no returned products and everything worked perfectly!

This company lies about the PC's features
It's been five days since the PC was received for a refund. Now, my Amazon credit card is over the limit and my credit was dinged.The PC was not as described re the hard drive and it had no Bluetooth.

Solid Performance
This machine was easy to set up and easy to migrate files from my old computer. There was a slight problem when I received the computer; the cable connector for a monitor was missing. I called Dell support and got excellent service from the rep. who sent out an upgraded version of the connector. It arrived within a few days. I am very satisfied with this model; it is fast and supple.

Awesome customer service!
Computer seems great but the bluetooth dongle will not connect to anything - it is unable to find any Bluetooth devices… customer service is overnighting me a new Bluetooth usb, fantastic customer service!

This is a Fast Desktop with plenty of USB ports.
I received this desktop very quickly and everything started up as it should. I did replace the wired keyboard and mouse with a wireless keyboard and mouse, so I am glad this desktop had plenty of USB ports. The desktop is very fast. I do not use it for any games, but I do create videos using some Sony products. I was able to contact the seller for support about a problem I had and they contacted me very quickly, and they were easy to work with.
