Good product. Quality is good too. Simple to install.No installation docs included but none is required. Works with 433mhz receiver/remotes and also with video door bells or wifi door bell.I tested on all three types of devices that I have used in my house. Its stainless steel body and brass parts. 5 keys and dual cylinder lock, are added attractions. Can be used on left or right doors (by changing direction of latch) Not a complected item for DIY.

Prompt Delivery and quality product. First you will not find any technicians to install even after calling customer care in hyderabad, and even no body bothers to attend your call. I paid half of the amount to what bought to install with a expert technician. Finally, I found this is a defective product. This took 20 days for me to find it, apparently returns worn't work out in Amazon. It waste of Rs. 1400. Now, I am buying godrej lock to be installed by their technician.

Value for money and useful too

I think this cannot be called as product. It seems to be a little under finished. Although works as intended. But voltage specifications are inaccurate. Also no data sgeet on the voltage drop curve so no tweaking from your side. The outaide lock key is just pathetic. Actually all these type locks have same quarter or may be even less turn unlock which is scary. I would say it is just functional and kind off diy looking kit for juat exoeriments and no actual usage.

This lock is imported, quality is excellent, rather PRICE IS LESS.QUALITY IS GOOD, you can operate 3-WAY to open the DOOR. Very nice working.You have to buy 12 Volt / 3 Amp. power adapter or SMPS to operate this lock electrically.So good to buy, don't hesitate. Thanks.

Worst Company ever to buy a video Door bell from. Zero professionalism, zero support provided. No way of talking, even auto drivers have more manners than them. They didn't bother to provide setup assistance since I bought the product online. I had to finally arrange for somebody to set it up myself, the picture quality is not good. Do t know if that's the product fault or setup issue.Spend 1000more and buy godrej instead. Bought a godrej one for another house earlier and the support system was perfect. Considering the trouble I faced, I should have not tried this company at all.
