I could write a lot more on the benefits of magnesium, and taurine. Magnesium has many essential health benefits, and taurine as well and has the additional benefit of being a magnesium transporter to the cells. The gelcap is easy to swallow as well.

Magnesium Taurate is a very good form of Magnesium for cardiovascular and brain health. The benefits you can get from it combined with vitamin b6 are so many!In my case, I have family history of cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer’s disease so when talking with my mom’s neurologist (she has Alzheimer’s disease) he said it is a good idea to take this supplement to be on the safe side.The pills are bit big but not huge.Have no flavor whatsoever.I haven’t have any side effects and haven’t noticed any difference yet. I started about 2 weeks ago.Regardless of me noticing or not differences, I know it is doing something really good for my body.

This is great magnesium. It's magnesium taurate, which is a relatively new form and closer to magnesium l-threonate than other forms. Early research has shown benefits for brain health with this particular form.The dosage is good, claiming 71% of your daily value magnesium in just 2 capsules. However, I am slightly skeptical of this claim, since typically only magnesium citrate or oxide can reach a % that high in 2 capsules.I don't notice much from taking this, it seems slightly less relaxing than my typical magnesium. I don't think the liposomal form adds anything. I am fairly sure that magnesium is bioavailable enough as is.Overall - good magnesium taurate supplement, but I would want to double check that 2 capsules is really 71% of your magnesium.

I typically do not mention packaging in my reviews, preferring to focus on the product. But, inasmuch as this is a consumable I did want to mention that the typical two layers of safety/security (plastic wrap outside, glued paper cover on the inside) are included with this product. Reviews of manufacturer (Codeage) on the web are strong and the company is cGMP certified by the FDA. That gives me great comfort as most supplement manufacturing processes are not evaluated by the FDA. The pill size is a bit larger but still easy to swallow. The quality of the ingredients is definitely something I always pay attention to with any medication I take.

It is free of soy, dairy and gluten - not sure about other allergens, as they are not specifically listed. It's non-gmo and vegan.I would happily order this brand again.

This is a good form of magnesium being liposomal means it is easier for the body to assimilate it. I take one before bed at night and I get a better deeper sleep. I like that there is not a list of ingredients that I can't pronounce only what is necessary. The capsules are not overly big and easy to swallow having no taste. Most people don't get enough magnesium through their diet and could use the help of a supplement and this is a good one, I will be buying it again and recommend it.
