Incredible product
I love that it vibratesYou can relax on it. Or actively roll on it. I sleep with it to relax my nerves.

Works as advertised but no charging cord and no instructions
This device works as advertised but there are a couple issues.No charging cord included (USB C) and there were no instructions. Definitely not rocket science to figure out how it works but would it have killed them to have included them some basic instructions?

LOVE THIS!!!
This is a very intense roller which is what I was looking for. I graduated up from a basic foam roller and needed more. This is perfect for the piriformis muscle which I usually need a tennis ball to get to. It actually bruised my legs so take it easy at first. My hips and lower back tightness has improved tremendously! I use this nearly every day. It only takes a few minutes and you will have great relief if you stick with it.

Strong vibration
Strong vibration on the lowest setting, and there are 5 settings in all! Bumpy shape helps the vibrations dig into muscles. I'm using this for restless leg syndrome and have only needed to use the first lowest setting so far!

First one I got wouldn’t charge. Returned it. Second one lasted about 2.5 months before it stopped charging. DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH.

Painful
This thing hurts like a mother. It is hard plastic and is difficult to withstand for any length of time. The vibration is nice, but does not off set the pain from the spikes. That said, if you can tolerate the discomfort, I am guessing your muscles and/or fascia will be better for it.
