90 capsules of green coffee bean of which you are meant to take 3 a day. I take 1 because I take a lot of supplements already. These are pretty easy to swallow and are no trouble for me to digest. Easy resealable bag and nice packaging. Really happy with these so far and I feel great.

I added them to my morning routine and taking after breakfast and coffee.The pills are easy to swallow.For the first time using coffee bean extract pills.Taking them only in the morning, as it is when I need a boost the most.Highly recommended, rich in chlorogenic acid.

Well priced supplements that are exactly what they say they are (I've had a few to try and think the brand is great!) would recommend highly to anyone.

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 3 then they will last you around one month. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date. I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container.

My partner has taken green coffee bean on it's own and in complexes for years so was very happy to try this incredibly good value stand alone good strength one for an extra boost to workouts with the extra bonus of potentially burning a little extra fat/increasing metabolism to showcase gym gains better. Despite the reasonable price for a one moth supply if taken at three a day these seem effective enough pro-rata for the content as they haven't disrupted his regular routine in any way and are quite convenient, so he'd be happy to use them again and 100% recommend them for the insanely good value!
