Not only poor quality, but some sort of substantial manufacturing problem. Do not buy!
Not only was the quality of this instrument very poor, but I ordered c 256. The fork I received was plainly marked with C256. Guess what? It was A440. This is some kind of manufacturing problem. I would not recommend that you order anything from this company. Unless you just feel like being frustrated greatly.

They Are Out of Tune! Do not waste your money!
I purchased a pair of these tuning forks, for demonstration purposes. When they didn't perform as expected, I simply put them aside. While using my new electronic instrument turner, I started thinking about these tuning forks that seemed out of tune. Lo and behold, these tuning forks are completely out of tune. And, they are different notes, from each other! Not so good!
