Attractive, solid and eye-catching
I purchased to replace an old, flimsy and rusted wrought iron rail for my back steps.I had looked at less expensive alternatives, but I kept coming back to this and I must say, it’s worth every penny.It’s far sturdier than another like the one we needed to replace, and it’s mounting hardware impressively solid. Highly recommended.

Did not receive any bolts at all!
This looks like a very sturdy rail… however it arrived with NO SCREWS! There is no way to install unless we receive the correct bolts to put the whole thing together! Hoping for a positive solution!How do I request the rest of my order? It is not possible to assemble it or install it without the promised bolts. We only got the rails... NO BOLTS! The rails appear sturdy, but they are of no use without the bolts to put them together and install them. Thank you.

Really sturdy product arrived scratched
The railing is perfect to add to any steps. We had difficulty creating the holes for the base but rented a drill from home depot and we’re able to install. Very easy setup but the instructions were not the clearest and both sets we purchased the paint was scratched on the railing.

Sturdy, but they forgot to thread all of the railing
Sturdy. The problem we had was they didn't thread any of the vertical bar. The screws didn't fit. We have a machine shop in the garage, so tools to thread them...I don't know what other people would do. It looks great installed.

I am at that age where I need a hand rail. This one is very sturdy and really well made. Also looks great.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT
I bought this railing for my newly built outdoor stairs in May they were installed at the end of May and the screws are ALL RUSTED!! Every single one. I can’t believe that the reviews don’t talk about this. This railing is terrible

Quality and ease of assembly
Fit perfectly and arrived on time and undamaged

Cannot customize!
This indicates it is for 1-4 steps when in reality there is no way to shorten the railing for fewer steps. It will fit ideally for 4-5 steps and that's all. Too long for only 3 steps without sticking out weird.
