Q: what is the distance from the 2 vertical posts at 40.6 degrees? or where are the vertical rails on 48" if flat level thanks

Don’t know I cut my to the size I needed and screw it

The description of the product covers that— mine is already installed and covered so I cannot take a picture of what it looks like.

Q: Does Vevor make an adjustable arm that I could use to attach one of the uprights to a wall ? say about 15 inches long ?

I did not see one when I bought mine. Mine is very solid without any extra bracing. Mine is mounted in concrete.

Q: Where is the kit to put it together all I got was a rail, should I go ahead and send this back and buy from somewhere else?

The kit should be included with the rail, base and screws included.
