slides great
using on hard wood floor. slides well. need to be barefoot as the other side is really slippy.

Good buy. High Quality for the price
Wanted an ab dolly but this had to do since all have been sold out. I was surprised that I was able to do pretty much almost all of the same exercises with these gliders on top of other ones I had not done with the ab dolly. Definitely a good buy for the price. I highly recommend.

Works great on the yoga floor
Used these sliders for physio on a bad knee. Worked on a polished wood floor and knee is in recovery

Great for PiYo
Got these for the PiYo workout series by BeachBody and they work really well for me and my partner. We have a hardwood floor and use the fabric side without issue. Only downside is that I am not yet strong enough to do all the moves!
