Great quality and they give a good amount of resistance. They feel like they are good quality and will last a long time. I like the storage pouch to keep them together.

Excellent item. Got these for travel so I don't feel too guilty for missing the gym. Wow! Better workout than anticipated. Glad I decided on this particular brand. Compact, affordable, great health investment.

Good price for these bands. I had to use the hardest resistance band to achieve what I wanted to do. Overall, they are nice and compact to use and come with a small pouch to put them in.

These are nice to have, easy to carry with you on the go and give a great work out. Great for physical therapy.

I'm finding that I can get a good workout in 20 minutes each morning before work with these bands. I highly recommend following the exercises that came with these bands. I hadn't used resistance bands very much before and, as I first started using the green (easiest) band, I wasn't sure I had purchased the right thing for me to get a real workout. But as I followed the exercises and ensured I did them correctly before judging, I found I had that soreness in my arms and legs that I would expect (hope for) from exercise. But it was just really easy to do them. And all I needed was the bands and a bit of space. Perfect for me.

Love them! The bands are easy to use and each one is labeled to let you know the weight. There is an insert with exercises imcluded and if you go to the company website there are videos as well. A great addition to my home gym that doesn't take up much space.

Good products. But one of the bands -blue ( light) ruber started tearing after 4 weeks usage.

Las bandas se ven y sienten de buena calidad. Solo he usado la de resistencia media para varios ejercicios y funciona perfectamente. Vienen en una bolsa muy práctica para guardarlas todas. Preferiría que no viniera cada una envuelta de manera individual en plástico, pues me parece mucho desperdicio. Pero es una apreciación independiente de su calidad.

Having read other reviews when buying loop bands and only one turning up when expecting a pack of five I was very pleased with this purchase. You get five bands of varying degree of difficulty, a guide for exercises and a bag to keep them in. I have tried all the bands and they are excellent, no snapping on first use as others have found with other brands. I am using them for rehabilitation exercises and they do the job very well. If looking to buy loop bands I would strongly recommend these ones.
