This is fantastic carob molasses. It tastes great. It brews well. And I'm done buying it from Amazon.I need to find it from a local middle eastern market that has a solid jar on the shelf. I'm done with the broken jars and mess because Amazon can't be bothered to put enough packing material in the box. Done.**Post cleanup update**Thankfully the jar isn't broken this time. Unfortunately, it is literally half gone already.

Tastes like carob + date molasses
It tastes more like a date + carob molasses than pure carob molasses. Maybe it’s related to the kind of molasses in south. I’m going back to Seyidoglu brand which is less sugary, but more aromatic.
