You'll love this helmet!!
I bought this helmet used from the Amazon Warehouse and was expecting it to arrive with a few scuffs or other defects, but it was flawless! It looks great and you can tell it's super strong! I haven't had a helmet with an internal sun visor before, but after one ride with this one, I'm hooked. It is the lightest helmet I've ever worn and the aerodynamics are amazing! Even while riding down the interstate at 75 mph, my head was stable and I didn't notice any of the wind buffeting I got from my old helmet. It is super comfortable and the the inflatable cheek pads allow you to really get a snug fit. The ram air vents work well with very little noise inside. It was 97° here yesterday, and after riding for an hour, my head was still cool! I was able to install the Bikecom Bluetooth audio from my old helmet and it sounds so much better inside this helmet! The speaker pockets are a perfect fit too!As for the size, Scorpion helmets tend to run small for most, so I was kind of "hoping it would fit." My head is 22" around, but I went with a Large anyway, and it's perfect! If you're looking for a quality carbon helmet, I think you'll be happy with this one and you cant beat the quality. Highly recommended!

Light weight, low-key bling factor and quite comfortable on my round-ish melon.
At first, the neck opening was super-tight (almost oblong) while going over my melon. It has since broken in pretty well. While the pop-down shades are a great feature, the optics are not super-clear. I have only about 1200 miles on this helmet and it continues to feel very comfortable over all. The cheek pads are soft yet supporting and the inflation feature is a plus. The first click-up setting detent is a bit weak and the visor tends to snap closed at around 50-60 mph. Not a big deal but sometimes I prefer more air while riding than the small chin and forehead vents can provide. This helmet is a solid 5-stars for style, features and comfort but about 4 1/2 stars when considering the slight deficiency in air-flow and less than impressive optics on the flip-down shades.**2-year UPDATE** The helmet has provided two full years of comfortable riding. I remove and wash the foam pads monthly in a mesh pouch along with other performance fabric items on washer's delicate setting. The flip-down inner sun shhield lost a tab on one side so it can sag sometimes when I raise it. I consider this ordinary wear and tear so no beef there. I found that my bausch+lomb sight savers lens cleaning wipes slightly scratch the clear visor surface but nothing major, just very slight scratch lines along the direction I typically clean the surface of the outer visor. I can still say that I'd recommend this lightweight, comfortable helmet to anyone looking for a stealthy looking, safe full-face carbon fiber helmet.

Best touring helmet sub $500
Now that have a couple thousand miles on this thing while touring here are my thoughts:It is still a gorgeous helmet. The carbon fiber is beautiful and the helmet is holding up well.“Quiet” is a relative term. It is not car quiet nor is it loud but with music going on a sena I don’t have to crank the volume which I call a win.The helmet is comfortable as long as you get the right size. It is tight out of the box but as the pads break in it is fits my head like it is supposed to. The pump in my opinion is more of a novelty but I am hoping that when the cheek pads do the old helmet sag the pump will keep them up on my face.I will say at three lbs. it’s not heavy. My neck doesn’t get sore after riding 8 hours on long trips. The flip down sun shield has some weird optics going on. I’m sure you can adjust it but I wear glasses with transitional lens and have no need to flip it down unless I’m trying to get an eye roll from my kids.Final thoughts? Best touring helmet of 2019 and sub $500

Lightweight, Nice Features
It is a good mid-range helmet with nice features at a decent price for carbon fiber. It seems to run a tad small so if you normally wear an L, buy the XL. The sun visor goes down by pushing the slider up which seems a little odd but just something to get used to. With the face shield locked down, it is quiet and ventilation is good. I’d definitely buy it again at the sale price under $400.

Looks good feels good fits good
This is my first full face helmet to own. I do not have much to compare, but very impressed with the look, fit, and feel of this helmet. After trying on a dozen helmets, this one fit my head the best. Actually it was the second best fit as the Arai feels like it was lined with kitten fur. But, it was also twice the price at $800. The difference in cost was not worth it to me for a comparable feel. The scorpion is quiet and ventilates well. I like the old school Reebok pump on the inside to squeeze my cheeks and decrease noise. The visor clips securely to the helmet. The biggest added bonus is the INCLUDED pin lock visor. The second best bonus is it protects my dome!
