It's great! It's not the newest model, but it's the best value for the price!
Fantastic value-for-money communication system. It supports up to 15 riders with reliable Dynamic Mesh Communication and offers excellent sound quality through JBL speakers. Its waterproof design, voice control, and long battery life make it super practical. While it doesn’t allow charging during use, it’s still a top pick for its features and price.

Life changing
If you are considering a Cardo, stop considering it and buy one. This thing is an absolute game changer. Not only the pack talk feature which is wild, but phone calls while riding your motorcycle? Insane. Like truly insane. Hang up on them and pay attention to the road. If only my wife didn't know I can answer phone calls. More importantly though, pay attention to the Notoricues B.I.G. as he serenades you through the 40mm jbl speakers on both sides of your noodle as you ride through those back highways and city streets.Seriously the FM radio is amazingly string and clear signal, the Bluetooth is outstanding. The mic has noise canceling for phone calls and responds to Siri. The only thing lacking in audio quality is a little bass but if you wear earplugs (which you should) they will push up against the speaker a little bit and that bass will rumble through.Easy install but I'll warn you on this. Choose the install wisely by putting the speakers in first. When you stick the unit on the helmet, you only get one shot do not miss your chance to blow.Worth it, especially if you can get them on sale.Keep the dirty side down. Cheers.

works great
used this for a recent offroad riding trip with 4 riding buddies and it worked great. saved us a lot of time for the turns. and was fun to joke and talk while riding our dirtbikes.the set u was actually pretty darn easy. download the app.install the speakers, mic and unit mount. my new helmet actually had pockets for the speakers, which was cool.the voice recognition worked incredibly well. and the sound quality was great. the sound level is easy and quick to adjust with a large roller on the outside. i was able to adjust with my gloves on while riding very easy.didn't do any music or phone calls. just communication with riding buddies. (walkie-talkie.)i do wish they had more range.

Great product, sexiest voice command
I'm loving this product, however the voice commands do not work if you have a high pitch voice meaning a woman's voice. I have to lower my voice and act like I'm speaking like a man in order for it to respond to all my commands. I'll talk nice and sweet to her nothing, I yell nothing, I talk calm nothing. The minute I change my voice and act like a man, she follows. Like seriously. Whoever made the voice commands need to work on following all voices as we all have different voices and accents. Fix this please!!!!

Good quality Speakers and easy re-connect to other Riders once the initial set-up is made.
Been a Sena User for many years but recently moved to another State and my new Riding Buds all have Cardo Units. So I got the PackTalk Neo. The sound quality is better than my previous Sena 20S Evo. The Voice Command feature is mostly working well and the Battery Life is very good over an all day ride. The FM Radio, at least where I live now, is a bit intermittent with lost reception and weird zapping sounds as you move over the landscape. The rider-to-rider communication range seems similar to the Sena 20S Evo but when connection is lost due to distance it seamlessly reconnects when closer proximity is achieved.

A wise choice
The media could not be loaded. I was getting ready for a multi-day motorcycle trip and was looking at a headset to communicate with the other riders. The choices that were on the table were of course the two largest Brands which was Cardo and Sena. I decided to go with the Cardo because a friend of mine went on and on about how much they liked this product. I decided to give it a shot and spent a little more than I was expecting for the Neo but I was incredibly impressed. I found that the sound quality of the speakers and the clarity of the microphone was awesome. At first, I was skeptical about how clear the microphone would come through because this is not exactly a $1,000 helmet but everybody that I talked to said that they could hear me very clean and could not hear any road noise even at Highway speeds. Where this product really shined was when I connected it to the mesh system and started talking to everybody in our group. Everything came through crystal clear. I also loved the fact that it came with plenty of methods to secure it to your helmet. Installation was easy and I love the fact that this unit is 100% waterproof. I was able to ride in the rain with no concerns as to whether I was damaging this unit. I also like the fact that it pairs extremely easily and remains paired even if you have been away from the other riders for days. When I met back up with my friend, I did not even have to reconnect.. it automatically remembered him and picked everything back up like last time. I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat and you will love the sound of the JBL speakers.

Not Waterproof - No Support From Cardo
Worked great - till it rained... I was using this thing all around town chatting with my friend but when it came time to use it on my vacation - it failed on day one. I got caught in a downpour and it crapped out. No more communication with my friends, no directions, no music... it was a huge letdown. I've messaged Cardo 3 times over the past two weeks and I haven't received a response.Cardo Claims:1.) "IP67 Waterproof. Tough design with the highest standard" - Nope2.) "WATERPROOF. No matter what you throw at it, your waterproof PACKTALK NEO will take the beating and keep you connected. Rain, shine, mud, dust or snow." - you can hear water in it when you shake itRead up on forums before buying a Cardo. They are inconsistent quality and fail to support their product
