Not a soft gauze pad
This is not a soft gauze pad, but rather a gauze sponge. It works well for cleaning skin and wounds. It also can be unfolded to use as a small wrap. Quality gauze and a good value.

Loosely Woven
I purchased these because my doctor suggested them to help with healing a surgery site by soaking up the drainage. At first I twisted this gauze into a ball and it went into the surgery site. Now that I'm closer to being healed, I use them with other products to cover the site. So you are aware, they are loosely woven and two in a pack. I use one of these and a tighter woven gauze over it plus a petroleum jelly gauze under it. It works great for what I'm using it for.

CVS, Walgreens, WalMart, etc didn’t have many in stock. Got these fast and for lower price than stores.

Better get the 4x4, they are thicker.

Great bandages
Bandages cover wounds that are weeping and help keep wrap dry.

Not what I thought, but darn good anyhow.
I had bought these thinking they were the soft type of clothy material like rexall 4x4 pads, and yes, at the time i had no clue about pads vs sponges. But by golly, these do wonders even still! I use them to clean the wound daily, and use them as a cover over the dressing at night. Good stuff!!
