Q: Hi, does anyone know what the thickness of the Geltex layer is on this mattress?

Hi, sorry I misinformed you on the thickness of the geltex top, is approximately 2 1/2 inches thick not 1inch.

Q: Hi all, Is the top layer called pillow top? Is this layer firm or soft? We would like to have a firm mattress.

The top layer is soft, but the overall sensation of the matress is medium hard. It is the most comfortable mattress that I have ever slept on.

Q: Does this mattress come rolled up when delivered, or is it flat as you would expect with a mattress.

It is delivered flat and would be very difficult if not impossible to roll it up. It will 'bend' a bit, but not roll!

Q: I've took delivery of this mattress and it's 187cm in length leaving a pretty obvious gap on a 190cm divan base. Is this normal?

Ours is also a wee bit short but fits okay when the bed is made up as we have a metal bedstead.
