GREAT take these everyday and you will never have a UTI again. Or I should say ever since I have started taking them which was about 6 months ago I have not had a UTI. Before that I had chronic UTI's. Your Dr will not give you this information I looked it up on the internet. There is an enzyme in cranberry that will not allow bacteria to adhere to the urinary tract walls. My mother in law told me this years ago she told me to drink a glass of cranberry juice a day but I don 't like the juice but for her drinking the juice she has not had a UTI in 10 years. I depend on these. My MD told me about them and I am so thankful he did. Each capsule is like drinking a full glass of Cranberry juice. I do not like drinking cranberry juice but taking the capsules is no problem. Most people,especially women, know how effective the Cranberry juice is in helping those of us who are prone to urinary infections. Cranberry juice helps keep bacteria from attaching to the bladder wall so the incedense of urinary tract infections is greatly reduced. I will not stop buying them because they work!
